Event Description: Uark Federal Credit Union is hosting Youth Week 4/23/12 – 4/27/12. Help us make Youth Week a success by participating. You or the child must be eligible for membership. We will provide the opening $5 deposit for a savings account for children birth to 18 years of age during this week. There will be cookies, punch, and a prize drawing. The prize drawing will be the following week. The prizes are a $50 gift certificate to Toys R Us, a $50 deposit into the savings account, and an Ipod Touch! Children 13 years and older should be present to open the account as we will need their signature. Children 12 years and younger are not required to be present to open the account. We will need a valid social security number, date of birth, and name of the child to open an account. There must be an adult on the account if the child is 15 years or younger. The adult must have valid government-issued ID with current address or proof of current address in the form of a utility bill in their name.
