9) SCORE --The SCORE organization provides free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs. This website contains business tools and resources such as help in creating business plans and get one-on-one advice from retired entrepreneurs.
10) Veterans' Business Outreach Center -- Provides business training, counseling, technical assistance, and mentoring to Veterans, Reservists, National Guards, and Active Duty business owners and start-up candidates in the Southeast Region of the US. This website serves as a clearinghouse of business and technical assistance for those interested in starting or growing a business.
