Fayetteville is all about developing a workforce pool that has skill sets align to meet the requirements of our local businesses. We work with Fayetteville schools and 15 other school districts in northwest Arkansas plus the University of Arkansas to help create the pipeline of emerging workforce. By establishing the NWA Fab Lab, we are teaching youth and the community between ages 7-77 on learning new skills and use of modern equipment to acquire skills for better paying jobs or become entrepreneurs.
