All Chamber Leadership programs seek to develop a generation of leaders who will contribute to the continued growth and improvement of Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas. Explore different leadership programs we offer including Leadership Fayetteville, Fayetteville Leadership Teen Xperience, Washington County Teen Leadership, and LINK Leadership Alumni. Each year we choose businesses that exemplify what it means to be a leader in the community and choose Excellence in Business award winners, as well as host the Chairman's Leadership Circle who are visionaries and help with Chamber of Commerce initiatives.
Chairman's Leadership Circle
Through commitment of time and investment above their membership, the Chairman’s Leadership Circle members offer a level of expertise and experience that is evident by the positions they hold. Each member has insight into company successes and problems, knows something about problem solving, and has a variety of economic experiences that benefit the mission of the Chamber and prove helpful to the Chamber CEO. Their significant financial investment is an indication of their belief in the Chamber initiatives and the advocacy of the Chamber members. Because of these similar beliefs, lasting relationships develop through their practice of helping each other bring additional achievements and successes to their businesses and their employees. Excellence in Business
Each year, Chamber Fayetteville awards specific titles to local businesses that have succeeded in their goals and excelled in the process, with a specific focus on the leadership exhibited. These awards are presented at the Chamber Annual Meeting and the winners' company logos are displayed in the Chamber lobby.

Leadership Fayetteville
A ten month program meets once a month, August through May.
Fayetteville Leadership Teen Xperience
Students from a range of Fayetteville schools meet monthly to tour Fayetteville businesses and organizations.
Washington County Teen Leadership
Select students from Greenland, Prairie Grove, West Fork, Farmington, Elkins, and Lincoln school districts tour businesses and organizations in Washington County.
