5-Star Accredited Chamber of Commerce 

 The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce is a private, not-for-profit organization originating in 1889 and continuing that dedication to orderly economic development. Membership consists of more than 1,200 leaders and professionals, representing all types of businesses.  Any reputable person, association, corporation, partnership or estate, having an interest in the stated objectives of the Chamber, is eligible to apply for membership.  The Chamber's goal is to promote and enhance our local and regional quality of life by working together. As a network hub for professionals and a proactive voice for members, the Chamber continues to grow and remains a force for change and progressive economic development. 

In 2015 Chamber Fayetteville became part of the 1% of chambers in the country with a 5-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber’s Accreditation Program.  This accreditation is the only program of its kind that defines excellence in chamber planning and recognizes chambers for outstanding contributions toward positive change in their communities.  The purpose of the U.S. Chamber’s Accreditation Program is to facilitate continuing excellence in the chamber industry and to foster a pro-business environment across America.
