Chamber Fayetteville is excited to announce Economic Development Week, September 21–25. This exciting week brings manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and economic development leaders together for a week of programming across the city. Save your seat below — space is limited at several events.

“Economic Development Week is about more than programming, it's about making sure the people building Fayetteville's future have a seat at the same table," said Jennifer Irwin, President and CEO of Chamber Fayetteville. "When our manufacturers, healthcare leaders, developers, and entrepreneurs are connected to each other, to the City, and to the resources that help them grow, our whole community moves forward.”

Every day our partnership with Chamber Fayetteville connects people, removes barriers, and creates opportunities. Economic Development Week is another way we’re putting that commitment to work,” said Mayor Molly Rawn, City of Fayetteville.

“AR’s economy is healthy and growing in most sectors. Capital investment and major construction projects can be found in every part of the state. As a result employment is at all-time high levels with 1.4 million Arkansans in non-farm payroll jobs. Real personal income is growing at a rate well above the national number. All this adds up to economic growth and population increases as our standard of living accelerates. It’s a great time to live in AR.” said Randy Zook, CEO of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, who will headline Friday’s “Arkansas’ Winning Formula” program.

“In Arkansas, we have successful businesses and industries as a result of strong communities like Fayetteville,” said Clint O’Neal, executive director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. “Economic Development Week in Fayetteville will highlight the importance of industry and the work these businesses are doing, as well as promoting the economic opportunities that they are creating in the region.”

Chamber Alley at Startup Crawl

Chamber members showcase their businesses at “Chamber Alley,” a member-centered stop on the Startup Junkie Startup Crawl designed to appeal to the crawl’s entrepreneurial crowd.

The Plaza, between Jammin’ Java and Chamber Fayetteville
