Deb Euculano
Congratulations to Deb Euculano, recipient of the 2026 Sarah Jessie Young Leadership by Example Award! For nearly four decades, Deb has been an unwavering presence in Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas — building community through her work in student leadership, family advocacy, and now connecting Razorbacks to the university they love as Director of Alumni Programs and Special Events for the Arkansas Alumni Association. From Leadership Fayetteville to the Women's Giving Circle to countless volunteer roles in healthcare, literacy, and family well-being, Deb exemplifies what it means to lead by example, and this recognition is so well deserved.
